WHO WE ARE

FAREPA Silicon Valley is an organization whose paramount mission is to promote the interests of Filipino real estate professionals, to elevate their level of professionalism through education and networking events, and to create a unified voice within the real estate industry. FAREPA Silicon Valley, along with the Asian American Real Estate Association of America, has been honored by the National Association of REALTORS® for creating a united voice for Asian American real estate practitioners throughout the country. The organization has also been recognized by the California Association of REALTORS® and the City of Milpitas, San Jose and Cupertino for its work with under served communities and minority home buyers and sellers.

By sponsoring FAREPA Silicon Valley, you can position your company for branding purposes and to support the largest Filipino American real estate organization in America. Our events attracts REALTORS and AFFILIATES from throughout Santa Clara County and the surrounding Bay Area.

By choosing any of the levels below, your support will enable FAREPA Silicon Valley to continue its outreach to educate the real estate industry, and to continue to be of service to the communities we encompass. With events year round like our Lunch and Learns, trade mission to the Philippines, First Time Home Buyer Seminar, and Karaoke Mixers to engage and educate our Realtors, affiliates and potential clients.

In addition to its commitment to the real estate industry, FAREPA has focused on involvement in community projects, including establishing a FAREPA Village in the Philippines through Gawad Kalinga ("to give care"), a project that seeks to transform poverty-stricken areas by building homes in 7,000 communities in that country. Recently, the group focused its efforts closer to home by raising funds for In Vision (The Way Home), Silicon Valley's largest nonprofit provider for shelter and services to the homeless and victims of domestic abuse.
